Finally saw The Avengers last night! To prepare for the movie, I filmed the kids in front of a green screen and added them to a scene from the trailer. I rotoscoped the heroes in the front and color corrected, repositioned, and scaled the kids the best I could to blend into the scene. I added a bit of dust from Action Essentials 2 and played around with some of the new 3D text from AE CS6 (just downloaded on Friday) highlighted by an Optical Flare. The 3D text feature looks promising – can’t wait to spend some time learning all the new features.
